We had a great night overall!
Musically — honestly impressive. The band sounded about 75% close to the original Bon Jovi, which for a tribute act 40 years later is saying a lot. The singer didn’t sound extremely close to Jon, but he had a good voice and hit a lot of the high notes Jon used to do. Where he really shined was visually — his presence instantly brought you back to the 1985/1986 JBJ era, and nostalgia is a huge selling point for tribute bands, so visually I’d give them an A+.
The Richie Sambora guitarist absolutely nailed it — guitar tone, vocals, look… everything was spot on.
One small note: the keyboards could’ve been a bit higher in the mix.
The only real downside was the venue rules — we weren’t allowed to stand up and get into it, which kind of takes away from a Bon Jovi-style show where you want to sing, jump, and live your best life. Hard to sit politely during Livin’ on a Prayer 😅
But performance-wise? Solid nostalgia night. If you want a throwback to the glory days, they deliver.
