HE NEPA TRIPE TOUR — AND YES, WE’RE ACTUALLY BEING HONEST.

Here’s the deal with our NEPA Tripe Tour: Glynn and I aren’t going into these places looking to hand out participation trophies.

If the tripe is amazing, we’re going to tell you.

If it’s just okay, we’re going to tell you.

And if we take two bites, look at each other and know damn well we’re not finishing that bowl… we’re going to tell you that too. 😂

But there’s a difference between being honest and being disrespectful.

​

We’re not restaurant critics. We’re two people who love food, love NEPA, and decided it would be fun to see how different places prepare something that’s been part of this area’s food culture for generations.

And after eating together for 25 years, trust me — Glynn and I don’t have to say a word. One look across the table and we already know. 😂

And listen, David Portnoy has his pizza scores. We’ve apparently got TRIPE. 🤣🥣

Except I’m Spitfire. I’m blunt. I’m going to tell you exactly what I think.

But I’ll never tear down a local business just for clicks.

Our taste isn’t your taste. A bowl we don’t love might be the bowl you’ve been eating with your family for 30 years — and that’s part of what makes this tour so damn interesting.
